I Am Such A Fucking Moron
For the handful of you who check this blog on a semi-regular basis it should be apparent: First off, if I'm posting at this hour I've been drinking which provides for self-reflection. Second, I have severely reduced the amount of my NFL plays because I absolutely suck at the NFL. It hasn't all been posted on this blog but the past four years I've had losing years in the NFL. I think that quantifies as a significant sample size. I should have been exploiting my local's lines in the NFL instead of tucking my dick between my legs and playing lines which I believed were anti-public.

Las Vegas Bowl
Current: Oregon St -2.5*
Line Movement: Surprisingly, BYU opened up as a favorite in this one before the line shifted to 2.5. Recently the line has shifted to Oregon St -2.5 -117 at Pinny with other books opting to push the line up to 3. Of course this happened after I locked in BYU at +3. I had concerns similar to ML but those have been placated by increasingly skewed consensus numbers. While that isn't the be all end all it was enough for me to unsheathe my first college football bowl play of the season.

12/19-20 Bowl Roundup
Current: Fresno -10.5
Line Movement: Crawled up to 12.5 on Sunday but since it has settled at 10.5
Slight lean to Wyoming but I don't foresee making them a play. To back an exceptional squad like Wyoming I need to see action a little more one-sided.
St. Petersburg Bowl
Current: Rutgers -2.5
Line Movement: UCF opened as a slight fav in a semi-home environment for one minute (literally, click on BM) then Rutgers went up to -2.5, spent a few hours at -3 and are now back down to -2.5
Not a fan of the line movement in general. Rutgers hasn't looked like world-beaters lately but if it can hang around 2.5 it'll get a look.
New Orleans Bowl
Current: USM -3.5
Line Movement: Moved up to 3.5 quickly and that's where it has been since last Tuesday.
The fact that Mid Ten St finished up the year 6-0 SU & ATS, facing a team with an ugly 7-5 record doesn't get me too excited about backing the Blue Raiders. Pass.

Don't Let Your Comfort Get The Best Of You
I hope those days are behind me. This coming week, I should have more free time to actually post content and finally update my record as I finish school. I'll try to have a few words on the bowl games coming up over the weekend in the afternoon.

Bowl Guess Results
Am19PSU: Remarkably, we both did a good job (except the small conference garbage that I screw up every week).
So, um, a middle of the pack Big East team is only a point and a half better than a middle of the pack C-USA team. That was somewhat surprising, at least to me.
Sham: UCF actually opened up as a one point fav for one minute, notGeorgeOleary won't like those expectations. Another game where we were both off was CMU vs Troy. Seems rather short but I still don't know if I'll get involved.
A: It probably depends on what else is going on that night. The Chips will almost certainly be public (LeFevour!), but there may not be enough to action to get involved.
I think Nebraska got bit by the variance bug a little bit this year, but Arizona isn't a bad football team. I'll happily back the Huskers, though, if it comes to it.
S: I'm not sure what public perception of Nebraska will be heading into that game, their defense is as dominate (resisted Suh pun) as the offense is inept, right now. Throughout the year Nebraska's lines reflected that they were better than their perceived value. Surprised a little by PSU opening up at -2.5 against LSU?
A: Very. I don't know how Penn State is going to compete with all of that SEC Speed. I'm just glad Ole Miss lost the Egg Bowl so we wouldn't have to face the double whammy of an SEC Pro Style Quarterback. I think LSU is going to be a public dog in that game.
I shouldn't be doing this because I've been on the TCU bandwagon all along, but I really undervalued the MWC teams after they got beaten senseless by the Frogs.
S: I hope LSU is a public bitch in that game, like you said they have all that S-E-C Speed. Another Big 11 team I can envision being on is Wisky, who's currently trading at +3 against Miami whom we've both faded throughout the year. F$U rolling up Wisconsin last year should be cited as a major reason to take the Canes.
A: I feel like I wasn't involved with Wisconsin at all this year. Were we fading them when NW upset them? There is absolutely nothing distinct about that team, which I imagine is just the way Barry Alvarez likes it.
I think we're to the point that any Big Ten team is going to be an option against any other BCS conference. Thanks solely to tOSU, the national reputation of the conference is at all time low. Quick fact: over the last 5 years the Big Ten is 6-4 against the SEC in the Citrus and Outback Bowls. I had no idea until I looked it up the other day. So, uh, go Buckeyes, I guess.
S: I think the only time I faded Wisky was when they faced tOSU which is probably my luckiest cover of the year. Every Big 10/11 squad is an option at this point except for Minny. I know this sounds odd but I've got Florida and USC as leans right now.
A: Florida moreso than USC for me. I don't think the general public realizes that Cincy is probably only a Top 15 team that had variance on its side this year and will just see the big zero in the loss column next to the 11 points. While I think USC is probably underrated by the public at the moment, I can't imagine them lining up to back a quarterback who had his ass kicked by my brother in high school.
Worst Bowl Matchup for Contrarians: Cotton Bowl. Could they have pitted two more overrated teams in that game?
S: No, especially with both teams laying an egg in their previous games. I don't see any possible reason to get involved. I'm interested to see how the Hawaii Bowl will shake out. Nevada has been putting up points in conference and covered against Boise. SMU is a team that can attack Nevada's stellar secondary.
A: When that line came out, I figured we'd been setting up for a Christmas Eve full of Meth (that really isn't that much of a stretch in Nebraska, is it?), which makes the early 5Dimes numbers a little surprising. June Jones has done a decent job in Year 2 down in Dallas. Definite lean to the Mustangs.
Do you think we'll get one last shot at backing Temple, if Navy wins this weekend? I might play them on principle.
S: There's definitely meth related activites in Nebraska but it doesn't come close to Mizzurah, we prefer alcohol-related offenses in my state.
I'm not so sure about Temple vs UCLA, especially if UCLA is laying over a TD. Do you think the public will overplay F$U in Bowden's last game?
A: I doubt it. I mean, I can see the logic a square would come to, but there is also the thing about Free Shoes sucking.
Let's wrap this up: biggest play of the season for you?
S: Tough to say right now, there's not as many WTF? lines as it relates to previous years but I already like Texas. Yourself?
A: I've been slurping them all season, so I might as well continue. I think the Huskers are shaping up to be a 5x play for me. I don't see any 8x plays this year, which is wholly disappointing. I guess that's what happens when everybody sucks.

Week 13 Line Guess Results
I'm churning this out because of a 1am coffee run and general procrastination of other obligations. This week my partner in crime, Frank, could not partake in the festivities so I'll just give a few quick comments on this week's card. My average was a grotesque 2.47.
The main culprits were EMU/Crackon, Marshall/Minerpalooza, TT/Bay and UGA/GT. I thought Baylor was playing at home instead of in Arlington so that somewhat explains how I was 8.5 off, suppose I didn't properly factor in each team's most recent games enough. I couldn't care less about the MAC and C-USA shitfests. Surprised by the fav in Clean, Old Fashioned Hate (I owe many years of playing NCAA football for this useless piece of knowledge) opening at only a TD. Who do you think the pub will like in that primetime ABC game, the 10-1 team with a dynamic offense or the 6-5 squad coming off a home loss to Kentucky? Tough one. Only item of concern is the move to 7.5 but for now Pinny is staying at that number with high juice.
I don't see any play for Tuesday (Balls Deep St vs WMU) or Thursday (Tejas at A&M).
11/27
Louisville will get a look but Rutgers just lost to Syracuse so taking UL at +4.5 isn't as ugly for me.
3-7 Illinois looks like a classic lean against 10-0 Cincy, even better with Pike coming back.
Iron Bowl saw the line move from 12.5 to 10 so that will be woth monitoring.
Nebraska opened up lower than what I expected but they've shot up from 8 to 10, small lean on DIVISION I FOOTBALL.
West Vag as a short dog to top-10 Pitt is my kind of play.
I thought Chris Ault would be a play but I'm no fan of the line movement.
11/28
The Russell Wilson led faction of the Wolfpack is another play that gets me mildly aroused but much like Nevada, early money has gone against NC St (Greek opened at 4.5 now 6) not signifcant but worth monitoring) and I don't want to end up in a bodybag.
I hope Spurrier can #CockUp against Dabo.
Egg Bowl was a likely play before the season started and nothing has changed to shift my opinion of that.
OU -10 vs T. Boone Pickens? OKIE ST IS PLAYING FOR A BCS BOWL GAME!! Who are they trying to kid with that line?
I'm guessing Rizo might not be up to play the Sun Dicks? That's what the line is telling me.
BYU -7.5 vs Utah looks high to me, have to see how it develops during the week.
That's all I've got this week, as a general note my blog will remain relatively quiet until the semester is finished around mid-December. After which, things should pick up as my time frees up.

CFB Week 12 Line Guess Results
Sham: Opening line that stood out to me was Okie St -14.5 vs Colorado. Short and gross.
Am19psu: Colorado has improved throughout the year, at least judging by their lines, but yeah it's definitely short and going to be a losing wager on Thursday night.
I feel similarly about Northwestern, too. I'm sure no one will want to bet on 7-2 Wisky against the Cats.
S: Northwestern doesn't seem that ugly to me as they beat Iowa on the road as a 15-point dog and Illinois (not saying much) as a 6-point dog. Add to the fact that the line moved from 6.5 to 7.5 quick and that smells like a pass.
I see an old friend is only +8 at home against Rutgers.
19: Syracuse is the new Temple. Only one more week until we get to play Juice against Cincy, too.
So, I guess the books adjusted to the new reality of good Stanford. That line would have been Cal -7 at the beginning of October.
S: Cal will get a look this week just based off what Stanford has done over the last two weeks in throttling both Oregon and USC. Staying with the Pac 10 it appears that Arizona will be a play +6 at home against the Quack Attack.
19: Agree with both. I guess I should have factored losing Best into the Cal line, too.
Before we get too much farther, nothing seemed out of the ordinary to me with the small conference nonsense. I think we can safely stay within the BCS (or AQ, I guess they're calling it now) schools this week.
S: Agreed except for the possibility of Utah St at home against Boise St. I don't think I'll be on Memphis or any of the weekday MAC garbage this week.
19: We were both off on the Boise line pretty bad. I think they set that high enough that we can avoid it Friday night.
I can't wait to be in East Lansing this weekend with the line the books set for the PSU game.
S: Sparty could round into a play this week vs JoePa, too bad Michigan St came back again Purdue last week. What are you thoughts on Minny this week? They barely beat South Dakota St, got roughed up against the other 2 upper echelon Big 10 teams (tOSU and PSU) and are only +10 at Kinnick.
19: I think that Minny is the right side, though I'm not totally sure if they'll make it on the card. The public hasn't exactly been enthusiastic about Iowa in recent weeks.
It looks like there are couple of marginal SEC looks this week with Kentucky and Mississippi State. I guess all it took was Georgia to beat Auburn for people to like them and their crappy secondary again.
S: Marginal for sure and the same thing could be said for the Big 12 except there are several borderline plays which I should all pass but won't. I'm interested to see how Nebraska's numbers move throughout the week.
For the second straight week this card doesn't seem to have too many plays which is most likely a good thing.
19: Yeah, there just isn't a whole lot to get excited about. Maybe Baylor again, but it's not like aTm is in any way good.
Regarding Nebraska, is it bad that I am looking forward to betting them versus UT in the Dr. Pepper game? They're going to open up around a 10 pt dog or so?
S: I'll take that as a compliment. I think Nebraska will open as a +13 against Texas in the B12CG (assuming they beat K-St this week). It's also the best chance for chaos in the BCS if Nebraska can beat Texas and possibly open up the door for TCU to sneak into the BCS Championship Game. I know that would be my dream scenario. Final thoughts?
19: There would be a lot of hand wringing if Texas were to lose to Nebraska, especially if Cincy beats Pitt the same day. But, hey that'd be payback for 1996, right?
My final thought is: this card sucks and I'll probably be on no more than 4 or 5 games, especially since I'll have to put them in Friday morning. Anything to add?
S: James Brown and John Mackovic can go die.
19: Seems like a good note to end on. See you next week.

Plays were posted earlier here. The plan is to identify lines at SBET that I believe are off from what the lines actually will be released as and either play that side or if it's public, shoot for a middle.
My goal (when additonal funds become available) will be to place 2x on the SBET lines (that are incorrect) and 1x at MB so that way, I either win or lose (most likely) my bet for 1x or I hit my middle and profit 3x.
I'm presently undecided on what, if anything, I'll do with tonight's options. For games that I haven't locked in I like Toronto, Charlotte and Memphis.

From the boards:
"Not one of my top plays but i like the under especially with Derrek Lee out. Cubs lineup looks woeful! Gorzeleany not that bad either and the cold weather conditions point to the under. I Think the players are going to swing at a lot of bad pitches just to get this game over with and get back to the warm hotel room! Home plate ump will also want to get this game over quick and expect any borderline pitches to be called strikes just to get this game over asap!"

NHL!
Dipping my toe into hockey this year. I've never been a fan of hockey, the last game I watched in its entirety was over 15 years ago, it was of some importance. I couldn't name more than a handful of players and have little knowledge when it comes to the sport. In all honesty to start the year I'll more or less be following Tocchet, Gamblor and MoneyLine.

Week 4 CFB Lines of Note
South Carolina +3 Ole Miss
automatic play
Nevada +7.5 Missouri
35-0 beatdown by Notre Dame followed by an uninspired loss at Colorado St, yeah that number looks right.
Tennessee -21 Ohio
Kansas -13.5 Southern Miss
Georgia -12.5 Arizona St
Oregon +7 Cal
This line caught me off guard, doubt I play Cal but it stood out immediately.
Florida St -14 USF
NC St +1 Pittsburgh
Straight fade of my brother-in-law, who has Pitt as his "Stone Cold Lock of the Week", last week he had Boise St.
Stanford -7 Washington
Penn St -10 Iowa
Oregon St +2 Arizona
Two Pac 10 road chalk leans, such a square.
On a (rare) homer front last week let me point out that ULM opened up +26 at LSU, this week ULM opened +26.5 at Nebraska. All this implies is that LSU isn't as good as their #7 ranking (not shocking) and Nebraska is better than their #25 ranking. This is pure conjecture but I believe Nebraska will open up as a slight fav in Columbia October 8th.

Initial NFL Week 2 Leans
NFL Week 1 3-6 -7.424x
Nice to see I'm picking up where I left off when it comes to the National Football League. Home team listed first, leans in bold
Chiefs -3 Raiders
I think I can manage to sit this one out
Titans -6.5 Texans
Houston was less than stellar in week one. Tennessee played Pittsburgh tough to kickoff NFL action. Line opened at 7 and dropped to 6.5, good sign.
Jets -3.5 Patriots
Line opened at NE -6.5 and has plummeted 3 points, any value that existed when the line was first released is gone, pass.
Packers -9 Bengals
Green Bay is fresh off a thrilling win over Chicago on Sunday night, while the replay of Cincinnati’s loss has been shown repeatedly. Lean Bungles.
Lions +9.5 Vikings
No need for an explanation.
Eagles -1 Saints
The smallest of leans to Philly on this game.
Falcons -6 Panthers
Like Carolina in this matchup, of course after Delhomme throws his third pick in the 2nd quarter I’ll be wishing I passed.
Redskins -9.5 Rams
St. Louis was shellacked 28-0 by Seattle. Washington should be able to do likewise.
Jaguars -3 Cardinals
I want to play Jacksonville in this matchup, badly. Never a good sign.
49ers -1.5 Seahawks
San Fran scored an impressive (not so much) win over last year’s Super Bowl runner-up while Seattle dominated the hapless Rams. Pass.
Bills -5 Bucs
Not interested.
Broncos -3 Browns
See above
Chargers -3.5 Ravens
Oakland was whipping San Diego up front prior to losing two offensive lineman. An uneasy lean to San Diego.
Bears +3 Steelers
Lean to Chicago, I guess.
Cowboys -3 Giants
I’ll gladly pass, I don’t care what the consensus numbers say.
Dolphins +3 Colts
Lean Miami though this line doesn’t particularly excite me.

Week 3 CFB LoN
YTD 9-6 +11.399x
A 3-1 nightcap saved my ass from what could have been a horrific week two, but I came out of it more or less unscathed. Who knows what I would have placed for the 11am games if I had not blacked out the night before.
*Note to self: When I'm determined to get hammered, it would behoove me eat more than a pop tart and a 6" sub sandwich.
Oh yeah, fuck Jim Harbaugh.
Home team first, leans in bold
Fresno +7.5 Boise St
Michigan -22 Eastern Michigan
Syracuse +4 Northwestern
Clemson -7 Boston College
Western Michigan -17 Miami(OH)
Akron -4 Indiana
Oregon -4 Utah
Washington +21 USC
Baylor -10 Uconn
BYU -7 Florida St
Arkansas pk Georgia
Oregon St -1.5 Cincinnati
No lean in this one, but I found the line interesting.
SMU -7 AT Washington State
This must be the same Wazzu squad from last year for SMU to be a TD fav on the road.

Week 2 CFB Lines of Note
Week 1 went about as well as I could have imagined, keeping plays fairly tight. The one problem I do have is having to watch the "Pelican" for the second straight week. I can't fathom a situation where I won't be on the Surfing Pelicans. Last year Virginia, Miami(OH), New Sexico and WKU would have been automatic, but just because a team sucks doesn't mean I need to get in a rush to back them. I've got the whole year ahead of me. Also, there will most likely be plays I have on Saturday that are not on my initial list but there should be a better reason than a low percentage of backers on a few consensus sites.
Lines for week 2 are out here. Home team listed first, leans in bold
Ga Tech -4.5 Clemson
WV -6.5 ECU
Penn St -28 Syracuse
Tulane +18 BYU
Navy -7.5 La Tech
Virginia +11.5 TCU

College Football Introduction
I've watched this video close to 30 times since the end of last season. Besides striving to be a degenerate my other life goal is to join the BDU.
Standard college football plays (sides and totals) will be 4x (or 4%), while games I dub to have more importance will be 6x (or 6%). Last year I went 17-7 on bigger plays, which is something I wasn't even aware of until 5 minutes ago. All plays listed will be standard plays unless I note otherwise.
Most plays listed at -110 are placed through a local when his line is better than what I can get online (determined by this useful tool). Last year in college football I went 34-42-1 through my local. Bets placed online were 81-61-1. This is fascinating because "Bruf" rarely makes line changes, so I only go through him when money comes in on the anti-public side and either lowers the line for a dog or raises it up for a fav. I don't believe any significant conclusions can be drawn from this data over the course of one year. This might be a statistical blip, but it is a development I'll be monitoring.
2 standards for tonight
Utah St. +22 -110
North Texas +17.5 -110
I'm not going to lie, North Texas should be a pass but I can't help myself.
Good luck on the 09-10 season.

Shooting For A Solid 0-3
Feldman v Pavano, this took me about two seconds.
SD/Fla U9 -112
So we meet again. 14.54 ERA meet 5.31 ERA. Hopefully Mr. LeBlanc discovered how to pitch during his most recent stint (and surely not last) in the minors.
Braves +172
I'm sure the Phils will touch up Lowe for 9 runs in an inning. Of course all they'll need is 1 with Cliff Lee on the mound. He's been ridiculous since coming over to the NL, sporting a 39-3 K to BB rate in 40 innings and a .68 ERA. Over was considering for this tilt at well, but I decided to pass on that for some reason.

Cub Dodger Over
Gio squares off against Edwin, looks to be automatic
Huff and his bloated 6.55 ERA will get a solid look against French and his "respectable" 3.74 ERA
The rest of the leans are weak (the leans are weak, fuckin' leans are weak? You're weak.)
Looking at MRep due to this.
I'm not really sure what to think of Kazmir, but this play is on the radar
Blackburn is 0-6 with an ERA north of 10 in his last 6 starts, I'm not sure I can fade him anymore. Especially in this situation where he lost as a rather substantial favorite against the Royals last week lasting 1.2 giving up 6R (4ER).
Jonny Sanchez vs Aaron Cook, sounds good but I'm hesitant (for some reason) on this one.
Looks like I'm not the only one who likes this over, I do not approve of the early WL returns.
I'm sick of Guthrie and don't want to play him. Good luck to anyone who does, it's a decent look.
Nothing Clever Tonight

I feel as though the books are fucking us around when it comes to the Angels on the road. I have no proof, just a biased opinion. The total is questionable, but I saw enough love on the boards for the under to push me over the top.
Looking at the Pads & Wandy later. I'm extremely reluctant to back the 'Stros which should give me the answer on whether or not to play them.

Pavano v. Feldman has autoplay written all over it as does the Royals as a short dog at the Cell. I'm sure Fausto will get torched against the Angels.
Oakland is rather high so that might be a pass, that and I just fucking hate the As. Not sure why but it might have to do with my record playing those bums.
Parra almost always gets a look when he pitches.
Let's see if Nolasco can improve on this gem he pitched last time out against Bud.
I've never heard of Cesar Carrillo, but he worked an effective 2.1 innings against Milwaukee earlier in the season. By effective I mean an FIP of over 24 (disclaimer: small sample size, however a 4.82 ERA, 1.42WHIP and 6.2 K/9 in the minors are not indicators of major league success).
I thought the Ms-Tigers over would be automatic, but the drop to 7.5 makes that less likely. That's almost like taking an over 7 (down to 6.5 by game time) in the National League. Who does that? Same can be said for the Sawx-Jays total as well.
Berken & Price and Jimenez & Stammen appear to be a solid under combos.
As for the final total in LA, Boggs blows and Billingsley has not been close to his early season form (uh-oh getting into some quasi-handicapping).

I was all set to pass the Nats before I saw the line, but the oddsmakers are fucking cruel. Both totals are borderline and will obviously lose. I was surprised by the line given to the Os & Uehara. Liriano and Suppan both have surface stats that are not indicative of their performance and 3rd order records are off for both teams (Twins underperforming & Brew Crew overperforming). Dodgers as + money, ridiculous! Especially to the White Sox. Pads-Ms game I like the pitching matchup.

My Two Favorite Teams
Rox +166 1x
That's it. Rangers, Rays, Indians, As (see what I did there) along with the Min/Sea Under do nothing for me.
Initial Minefield Looks
SF/Fla Over - yank yank, great insight I know
Hotlanta - I'm 1-4 backing Vazquez, come Friday night it will probably be 1-5
Rockies - This needs little explanation
Oakland - Braden has become playable
Min/Sea Under - I'm guessing Liriano has to make it out of the 5th
There might be some other garbage, but this is what stood out in my first run through. The early WL returns have Greinke as an anti-pub road fav and Verlander as a possible -170 anti-pub fav. I'm skeptical.

O/U For Total Runs Scored By My Sides Tonight Is 6.5
CHC/Atl O8.5 +117
Rockies +154
Reds +178
LEANS
As - Standard Buehrle fade, possibly the over as well.
Royals - Gil's 4.33 ERA and 2-5 record do him no justice
Pirates - Not thrilled about this one
Nats - Looks like we're in for a treat, I can lose three times on the Nats as I'll be on them in both games along with the GM1 under.
CHC/Atl Over - Jurrjens & Zambrano are involved
Rockies - Wandy at home is money
Reds - Harangutan vs Carpenter
Phi/LAD Under - The two highest scoring teams in the NL play each other and the total is set at 7.5

Arbitrary Cutoff Price For A Moneyline Play is -150
Natinals +134
Rockies -144
Dbacks RL +137
Indians +118
Os +112
White Sox +176
Dillinger Four
Fla/Phi Under - really, when Joe Blanton is involved this will almost always be a lean.
Nats - I have a question mark by the Nats because I am getting sick and fucking tired of backing them. They're quickly approaching DO NOT PLAY status.
Rockies - See yesterday's comments and add 20 cents after a 10-run defeat.
Dbacks - Baseball's hottest team is +150? That's screaming "value" brah.
Indians - Pavano is involved, although I'm sure glad I passed on this cluster. There is no justice in baseball.
Os - Standard play of your worst team (run differential) in the AL.
Bos/Min U - Let's try this again and this time don't fudge it up, Joe Mauer.
White Sox - Bartolo Colon vs Joe "I never regress to the mean" Saunders.

Memorial Day
Rockies -132
Nats +154
Pirates +145
SD/Arz O9 +109
Os -103
Bos/Min U9 +107
White Sox +145
Prices will be filled in when they're matched
Flippin' PO-LEASE
Rox and Nats are definites for me tomorrow. Of The Rose is -130 against the best team in the NL while the Nats are the mother flippin' Nats.
Rest of my leans are Brew Crew, Pirates, Os, SD/Arz O, Twins, TB/Cle U, Indians and White Sux.

Too Much Chalk
Nats -101
Rockies +137
Marlins -110
TB/Fla U10 -115
Indians -106
Braves +150
Giants +132
I Have A Follower?
Padres - Zambrano is +140? EASY MONEY!!
Nats - Is fading the Orioles a possibility? I'm honestly not sure.
Rockies - The Rox are definitely undervalued and the early WL returns almost make this an automatic.
TB/Fla U10 - Taking an under with two guys sporting +7 ERAs? That sounds about right.
Braves - Who is much more likely to win, Doc Halladay or Kenshin Kawakami?
White Sox - Backing Gavin Floyd....
Giants - Randy Johnson is definitely worth backing
Thursday, May 21, 2009
Rashard MF'ing Lewis
Indians +192
As +182
Mariners -111
Nats -114

Man's Game, Bitch
Wednesday night's drunken leans. Not too many options, much like at the bar.
Nats - that's more like it.
Reds - this seems too easy, not something I'm a fan of.
Col/Atl U - statgeeks darling Javier Vazquez duels against Of The Rose
SF/SD O - Maybe
Tex/Det U - Not a huge fan of this, but I'll see.
Os - Hughes is no prize
As - Kazmir, ain't what he used to be
White Sox - Backing Danks, seriously?
Ms - Jakubauskas is flippin' worthless

Huge Pickup Game Tonight
Rockies +198
Astros +120
Tex/Det U11 +107
Os +270
As +181
Indians -123
Cle/KC O8.5 EV
Twins +114
Discarded the Nats, Dbags, Padres and Mariners (those would be the plays).
Good luck
Counteract All The Put Me To Sleepers
Nats - The thought of laying -140 on Shairon Martis is frightening.
Phi/Cin U - On the "square" side, it would seem. An under involving Cole Hamels & Mr. 1.93 ERA? Hamels' inflated ERA is the only positive, but he WAS the World Series MVP last year. We can't ever forget that.
Rockies - I've got a raging hard-on for going against Jrrj Jjrrjrjs
Astros - Brew Crew are on a role and they're only -110 against the mighty Astros?
SF/SD U - 7.5 for Zito and Chris Young? Almost as funny as Tobias Funke. Early WL returns do not approve, seriously people? I can't blame them though. Wait until this game goes 16 innings and the Padres put up a whopping 6 runs.
Tex/Det U - A quick stop at Covers validates this lean.
Os - Price is fucking high, I like the under a bit more though.
As - I'm growing sick of these fuckers
Indians - I'll let VW take this one. Over will get a look as well.
Twins - Buerhle and his 3 ERA can suck it. Baker and his near 7 ERA is attractive though. Only -122 for the White Sox ace?
Mariners - Might be time to fade Dennis Quaid, but with Felix? This one will depend on the consensus.
